Personal dislike / change of mind are allowed for return, but the customer shall bear the return shipping fee.
 

3. Return Process

  2. Wait for our customer service to approve and provide a return authorization (RA) number.
  3. Do not send back items without official approval. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
  4. Pack the goods securely and ship back with a trackable shipping method.
